We reserve the right to specify whether the pass must be transferred to a lead or a follow based on registration at the time of the transfer. If you need help finding someone to take your pass, please let us know and we will do our best to help.
All requests must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
All Rhythm Shuffle merchandise orders need to be placed by August 15th. If you do not order by that date but would still like to make a purchase, a limited number will be available during Rhythm Shuffle.
If you ordered Rhythm Shuffle merchandise and request a refund before the item has been made, the price of the item will be included in the refund calculation. There will be no refunds on merchandise once they are produced; dancers can contact email@example.com to make arrangements to have the item(s) sent to them.
Rhythm Shuffle passes that are given as prizes for other events must be used for the year specified. Passes cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash value. All pass winners must contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a registration code.
